It’s 100% practical! We believe in practical training, and that’s what our exposure to LA, New York, and London has taught us: teach makeup in the most practical way. Even theory is taught with a practical approach, ensuring all your concepts have a practical backing. Of course, you become a better makeup artist by doing it, and our focus is entirely on hands-on experience to make you client-ready.

Yes, to make your dream career more accessible, we offer a convenient 50% upfront payment to secure your seat, with the remaining 50% due when the course commences. Please note, fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. We accept all modes of payment (cash, card, online transfers) for your convenience.
During the regular days of practice, students practice on each other, hence you don’t have to find models. However, on the days of photoshoots, you can bring your own models. Also, we have a page on our website called “Become a BHI Beauty Model” where a lot of new faces register; on your request, we can help you connect with those models. For some hair modules, mannequin heads are also used.

We are very proud to share that our students have completed 7000+ bridal makeups, 150+ celebrity projects, and 600+ ad films. We do not promise any placements because it really depends on the clients to book which makeup artist they wish to book. However, given the kind of name and fame BHI academy has, our students are extremely successful, and part of that credit goes to the 25 photoshoots which make you ready for clients, because clients want to see your work.
Yes, we do provide support in terms of you being able to always reach out to us if you seek any guidance. But in the course itself, we have many modules within our “MBA of Makeup” (Business Development & Career Growth sections) which will make you ready and prepared for clients, your career, and the industry. This covers client psychology, pricing, social media, networking, and building your personal brand. Plus, you always have access to our free career counseling.
You’ll earn a BHI Certification upon successful completion of all modules, regular skill evaluations, time management assessments, look creation tests, portfolio quality review, and maintaining professional conduct. This certification is a testament to your professional training and industry-ready skills. For combined programs, you receive separate, specialized certifications for Makeup and Hair, enhancing your professional credentials.
You can be an absolute fresher and still do this course! We cover basic and advanced training in all our programs. You don’t need to have any prior knowledge or background in the field of makeup and hair to join BHI and start your journey to becoming a professional artist.

We have our amazing internal trainers who train you with the curriculum meticulously designed by our mentor, Vivek Bharti. Their focus is on delivering the latest global techniques and ensuring you receive consistent, high-quality education.
Our training is not just about learning; it’s about making you *do* stunning looks. That’s why we have up to 25 stunning photoshoots where whatever you are learning in the form of training, you get to apply that in creating beautiful looks. When those stunning looks are captured in the form of pictures, videos, and reels, the whole world can see your work and book you for highly paid, best-of-the-class projects.
We’re here to help! While BHI doesn’t provide direct accommodation, we offer dedicated guidance to help our out-of-town students find suitable and safe PGs or shared flats near the academy. We can connect you with local contacts or trusted brokers to find options that are conveniently located and within your budget, ensuring a comfortable stay during your course.
We are engaged with many different brands who provide various kinds of discounts. Whatever possible discounts are available are directly passed on to the students. As an academy, we don’t make any commissions or keep any cuts from these. Your course investment already includes a comprehensive, high-value professional makeup and/or hair kit (worth up to ₹60,000 for makeup and ₹30,000 for hair), setting you up for success from day one!
Photoshoot days are full days with a special schedule. All courses have limited batch sizes for personalized attention. Schedules are subject to change with advance notification to ensure the best learning experience.
