You need a collection of your most impressive photos so that when people make a “one second – quick analysis” of your work, they know that you are capable of delivering outstanding looks with ease.This leads to you getting ‘hired’.
At BHI, we don’t limit your experience to just learning, we are helping you build a really massive and impressive portfolio that gets you a great start. For your own social media marketing, you would need a lot of images to establish your reputation of being an amazing artist who is ready to be hired!
BHI takes care of the complete photography, photographer, studio and helps you achieve high end professional looks. Models(faces) and styling(clothes) it should be taken care of by students. Students generally share resources with each other which divides efforts and multiplies results. You must check our ‘STUDENTS WORK’ section and witness beautiful makeup and hair look done by our students.
At BHI, you would have a great opportunity to build MASSIVE PORTFOLIO of approximately 25 Looks. At an average each student gets over 600+ professionally shot images that include studio photography, behind the scenes pictures, on-the-real-set Photography and outdoor shoot photography & on-set high end photoshoot.
BHI is probably the only academy in the world that is providing such a massive Portfolio. Your portfolio combines vast exposure to different looks and opportunities to experience – outdoor shoot photography and on-the-real-set photography. Yes, that’s true!! You would certainly need best of knowledge and expertise to get a super stunning and beautiful look. At BHI, we would help you create a really professional and super effective Pro Makeup & Hair Kit in a cost effective manner. Throughout the course, you are well exposed to the best of the products which are nothing short of trade secrets. Plus in order to keep our students equipped with the latest products and tools, right before the batch commences, we do complete market and technical research once again to explore latest options. This enables students to have the best to do the best!
As an academy, for Makeup, we generally recommend a mix of products of Makeup Forever, MAC, Sephora, Smashbox, Inglot, NYX, PAC, Makeup Revolution, LA Girl, Kryolan, Bio Derma and more. Additionally during expert sessions of The Makeup Artists, you are exposed to premium, designer and Niche Makeup products that expose you to The secret of Top Makeup Artists.
For Hair course, we generally recommend a mix of products & tools of L’Oréal Professional, Wella, Schwarzkopf, Tony & Guy, B-Blunt, Mr. Barber, Ikonic, TIGI and more. Additionally, during sessions of Industry experts, you are also exposed to premium and designer category of products which can completely change the way you do Makeup & Hair!
You would be expected to keep a budget of 60,000-65,000 for a PRO Makeup Kit and approximately 30,000 for a Hair Kit. This is in addition to your course fee. Yes, don’t worry, we have exclusive tie ups for discounts on Makeup & Hair Products which we directly pass on to the students to help them save cost. Your Makeup kit is complete & you are ready to take on professional assignments with confidence of delivering fantastic results.
SPECIAL NOTE : Though kept as a trade secret, students also get opportunity to try some high end and specialised Makeup products(Names kept confidential). Students don’t have to pay anything extra for the same. Please note that this is done on turn by turn basis so that each student gets a fair opportunity to explore products which sometimes even 10 years experienced artists are either not aware of or never got a chance to purchase. Students are expected to take due care of these products. Results of this exercise are pretty awesome and exciting!
